A Domain in DRIVR is a top-level organizational unit that groups users, organizations, and systems that belong together. Typically, an OEM using DRIVR as a backend for their customers would manage all their devices, data, and user access within a single Domain.

Steps to Create a Domain via our Customer Portal UI:

Step 1: Log in to DRIVR

• Click “Login” on the DRIVR website or use this link to access the Customer Portal.
• Enter your email and follow the link sent to log in.
• Accept the Terms of Use if logging in for the first time.

Step 2: Create a Domain

• Click “Create Domain”.
• Enter a name and a slug (3+ characters, no symbols).
• Click “Next” to proceed.

Step 3: Set a Password

• Enter and confirm your domain password.
• Click “Create Domain”. The setup takes under 2 minutes.
• You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s ready.

Step 4: Access Your Domain

• Find your domain in the Customer Portal.
• Use the 3-dot menu to open DRIVR UI, GraphiQL, view docs, or contact support.
